I started my lending journey back in late October with a different company, I was 5 days from closing. Something just didn’t sit right for me and luckily I was put in touch with Adrian. She looked over my loan estimate and saw the same red flags I did and simply said, “if you will trust me, I will do my best to do better than the others and I will try to do it within the same closing date.” Well here we are at closing, on the same original date, with lower interest, no more out of pocket than originally and a lower payment. The fact that she stayed true at every turn, answered every question as quickly as I could ask it and the rest of the team was as prompt and courteous. She handled all the hurdles with with the appraisal and got us into the monthly payment and down payment that we're right for us. As a first-time buyer and being out of state, Adrian made this whole home purchase feel easy and helped us do this process remotely. She also connected us with the best realtor imaginable.
